Hi Dave,
I just learned about an accident that occurred on Tuesday involving Gus Mortenson. You, and many others will remember the Mortensen’s, your neighbors in Coralville. Molly was in our class, Mike in 1974 and Gus in 1980. Mike and Gus have remained close friends of my brothers, Doug and Dave, having moved long ago to Southern California and raised their families there.
Gus survived the accident but is in serious condition with life threatening injuries and it is a wait and see situation. This is a link to the accident on the daily news site, just thought you might like to know.
